In the event that Hands on Babies are unable to run a face-to-face training course due to a Government restriction, all course attendees will have the option of transferring to a later course date, transferring to an online training course or they may opt for a full refund.
In special circumstances such as illness, the course leader will allow a student to transfer to another later course date or to online training.
Hands on Babies reserves the right to cancel training dates. In the unlikely event that this does happen, students will receive a full refund for the fees paid or monies can be transferred to the next available course date.
The instructor training course fee is ONLY refundable (minus the deposit) if a cancellation is made in writing NO LATER THAN THREE WEEKS PRIOR TO THE COMMENCEMENT OF THE TRAINING COURSE.
In the event that an attendee does not actually attend the actual Face-to-Face training date for which they have booked, Hands on Babies will, at its discretion, try to accommodate the attendee on the next mutually convenient instructor training course.
In the event that an attendee decides not to attend a training course on a later date and has not notified Hands on Babies on their decision not to attend at least three weeks prior to the commencement of the course, the full course fees are still applicable.
